Top quality video! I've been to Coed y Brenin numerous times, luckily the weather was always perfect whilst visiting, clear skies and all. Stayed down the road at Trawsfynydd Holiday Village whilst visiting. The park is absolutely beautiful and trails are fantastic! Could easily spend a whole day there cycling and enjoying the sights.

I've fond memories of going there back in the day and riding the Redbull route. Just recently after many years of being away from the sport I've rediscovered my love of mountain biking and am itching to go back to Wales to ride all the new routes.
I used to ride Coed-Y-Brenin back in the mid 90s (on hardtails with 26x1.75” wheels!!!). It was a 2 hour drive from my house. I don’t remember a trail called RedBull but I do remember some of the first MTB specific trails getting built. Good to see that you rode this area. It’s special.
Of all the places you have ridden that may be one of the most fun looking trails I have seen you ride. Not the most technical or the most challenging or the most brutal but just a fun ass trail. Plus the scenery helps to. Thanks for the ride.
Coed y Brenin is a pretty special place. The beast truly is a beast, not everyone makes it back in one piece and it's always emotional 😂. Glad the trip is going well for you👍

Great vid, one of my favourite Trail centres. Video doesn’t give it justice of how steep some of the trail section are, well done. That Lurch section is bad arse when it’s raining on them slabs 👍🏻
I loved this series as you rode all my old favourite trails and even went up Helvellyn and Snowden. Coed Y Brenin was the first proper mountain bike trail I went on when I was 15. As I was zipping through the trees imagining I was riding a speeder on Endor, I thought...yep this is me and nearly 3 decades later I'm still doing it. Would've been cool to have done Whinlatter and Penmachno and maybe a Peak classic like Cut Gate. I live in NZ now which has no shortage of great riding but I still miss my home trails and the angry wasp buzz of those Hope hubs.

Bro, I can say for sure you put Wales in my mental map, all nice and highlighted with the red marker I use for priority documentation at the job. It's way too awesome for me not to visit someday.
Coed y Brenin ❤️ the place. Visited about 3 years ago and did the MBR route that is a major part of the Beast, the Minatour (talk about flow and berms) and the red fox (cyflyn coch) route. Shows what a good trail centre can do. All feels natural and so well designed and built. Proper magic. Only downer was getting a pinch flat going down Abel on those multiple drop offs you show. The weather has gone off a bit since you left....you are welcome back to these isles any time 😄👍

I have to agree with you nuggets, as much fun and freekout factor the board walk trail at Ft Williams provides. This is a true long ass huel mountain trail. Has everything you can throw at a bike and the nature. Pure MTB bliss.
I love coed y brenin, only went on the blue trains due to me being pretty new to mountain biking but they're a blast and super flowy, also the small freeride section near the "skills area" is super fun

I rode Coed y Brenin somewhere between 1997=1999, there was a race scheduled for that week didn't get to ride Red Bull run, but they laid out a trail named Pink Heffer, It was awesome, but lookednothing like those trails. I need full squish and to go back!!!!
