If you had watched Esfand's POV you'd know that he was trying to present the whole list of charges that could be applied in order for it to be negotiated down with a guilty plea, so that lawyers could actually have a chance to do their job to get cops to drop some charges, but because Slacks had already skipped ahead in the process, it came across as stacking charges instead, angering Mr. K to the point that he no longer wanted to negotiate the charges down, so he got shafted hard. It really bothered Esfand that it turned out that way, because that was not his intention.
@@Dalzedur but I did watched his POV, I watch his streams actually, thats why I now he likes to throw in BS charges so the lawyer has something to "negotiate" and they feel useful, his word BTW, so in other words he likes to stack chargers with the excuse of "giving lawyers RP" because 2 days into his lawyer RP he was some sort of expert just because he got to see how dumb cops are when pressing chargers, the irony.
@@sacriffixe Both intent and end result matter. The intent is not to stack charges to get the crim more fines and jail time, which is what both the players and observers seem to sometimes fail to appreciate. If the crim gets to make a counter-argument (either themselves or through a legal counsel) which results in the cop dropping some of those charges to like, half of what was originally brought up, they'll feel like they got the better of the situation, despite still going to jail, making the situation feel more fair to them, resulting in less resentment between crims vs cops and player versus player. Calling this simply 'stacking charges' without further elaboration is a disservice akin to poisoning community against that player.

Isnt that the same for MR K? some people think they can get away with anything. Mr K and Esfand are two that come to mind. Anything dosn't go their way they complain to their chat, get angry, throw little hissy fits. coming from the guy who rp's as "different people" but they all seem to know the exact same amount of law as the last lmfao. like a gun thats reskinned and promoted as a "new weapon"

W Mehdi. I wish more RP streamers would call out Esfand's toxic behavior because he honestly believes that he can do no wrong.
I remember that, Cornwood was in shocked about Mr. K getting mad when he was stacking chargers on him, LOL.

dasmehdi is the least toxic ooc person on the server. about 60 percent of server would need to get banned first before they get to him lol
