Concerning your question, in my case, I didn’t have to acquire a diploma before i could work as one. The field is good but you should know that the scope of practice for PSWs differ for different companies but in general, it is great.

The requirements for working as a nursing aide is different for different organizations. But since you studied physiotherapy, you can pursue that path and get licensed here in Canada.

You need a bachelors degree before you can pursue a masters degree. So No it isn’t possible sadly.

You can go for any suzan. I don’t think it really matters but you’ll have to know that universities are mostly more expensive than colleges especially with a program like nursing.
