​@@nalice9206 - For some un-explained reasons YT decides to permanently ban his channel. (Naoki speculated that Google banned him because he has an open Google Drive account that is open to all viewers to post their art there for submission in the YT art fix tutorial. The problem is it's open to all and there so many submissions that he can't easily monitor all of them, especially if someone bot spam his accnt with offensive materials.)
His first old account is around 1.6 million subs. So he has to start again from 0.

It's the fans that submit Subtitles for each video. Google only Translate the spoken words. Most çreator set their videos to accept Fan written subs.
