Well, I got dandruff with oily scalp and dry hair 💀

I use anti dandruff shampoo, but whenever I exercise or after 3 days I get itchy scalp, scratch it and wet dandruff in my nails... but dry frizzy hair. I never used to have this.
It's quite flaky after I wash it but not itchy.

I have a scabby scalp that’s irritated every time a have a shower or get it wer and it’s normally very dry. My hair gets oily but my scalp still feels dry. It’s like scabs and dandruffy and I’m super insecure about it. And it gets suuuuper itchy and uncomfortable. I’ve tried air drying my hair after showers, blow drying it hot, blow drying it cold. Idk what to do. I’ve had this constant itching and uncomfortable feeling since I had gotten nits/head lice for the first time, I started picking at my hair and pulling in my strands from it, I don’t have it now but when I was younger I got it alllll the time and I would definitely know if I had it or not because I would feel my head, and pull out the eggs if I felt one. SO to clear that out, I definitely don’t have head lice anymore!!! I jsut what to know what can help me stop this and also stop my habit of picking at my head and scratching and feeling my head if there’s nothing there. I pick alot at my scalp and sometimes I do it without even realising or in my sleep. Are there anything that could get rid of my dandruff or soothe my itchyness? Or is there any techniques to get out of a picking habit? Thankyou for reading this, I really need some help ❤

I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. My dermatologist prescribed me with nizoral shampoo. I use it once a week. Let it set in your scalp and beard for five minutes and follow up with your usual shampoo and conditioner.
I promise you this product really works. I had brown flakes in my scalp for years even after thoroughly washing my hair. No more flakes!! I hope this works for you.

Since I began using litttllextra coconnionn shampoo and hair conditioner, there's been a good reduction in hair fall. It feels softer and looks shinier. When I used other shampoos there was more hair fall. Additionally, I now use a scalp massager which I believe is also helping reducing hair fall.
The Cooconion shampoo and hair conditioner has reduced hair fall, making my hair more soft while better. I’ve just used up the bottle plus ordered a new bottle.

Can you do something on how to remove the white stuff left after putting gel in your hair?
Add the gel when your hair is wet, it doesn’t get flakey!
Question: I just had a shower and before that I put a ton of foam in my hair to do a slick back hairstyle for sports, and now after the shower it looks like there is a tiny little bit of this white stuff on my head I haven’t noticed it before and now I’m not sure what it is, could it have something to do with the foam ?

Currently using a gentle shampoo and i guess i'm not addressing the issue properly. I think I actually have dry scalp but with buildup ugh... despite me clarifying my scalp often...
