That 1st Intro album was Str8-up 🔥! I remember that track on The Real Seduction album, Ain't Nothing Wrong. Jammin' track. I remember reading in a magazine back in the day that the reason Intro changed their image 4 the 2nd album was that they saw how professional After 7's performances were, & wanted 2 emul8 that.

Thank you for this interview! I’ve always wanted to know the history of the Intro group. My wife and I still listen to their music. I remember back in ‘93 or ‘94 when I returned from my Saudi Arabia deployment seeing Intro perform at RAF Lakenheath’s Liberty Club for the US troops. Even today in 2021, the club still has the Intro autographed picture up on their wall of fame. Cheers from a ‘Merican Yank who now retired here in England! 🇺🇸 🏴
Wow I'm amazed at "Let me be the one" was originally for Mary J. Blige! As a huge Mary fan, I'm blown away lol. Kenny wrote "You don't have to worry" for mary too, for the "Who's the man" sountrack and What's the 411 remix album

Buddy was very articulate. He explained the story very well. I liked that he also gave a little insight in the business part too. And the way records are sometimes written. Sometimes artist do help other artists with a couple of lines or melodies for their records. Aaron claimed he wrote My prerogative and was never credited. Or Bobby Brown's ex-manager claims Ralph Tresvant sang Every little step for Bobby because he was too high to record it...lol so there are many different inside stories.
@@shawnstrickland7313 where is all this attitude coming from? I simply gave him a compliment.
