I really don't have the bottles yet to fill all these categories but I'll play along. Night Starter: Early Times Bonded (Even though we don't get ETB here I managed to get a few black tops, still looking for the newer blue top) Current Everyday: Knob Creek 12 Year and/or Eagle Rare 10 Year Hipster Bottle: Elmer T Lee (The one I got in my local raffle recently) Small Circle: Driftless Glen Bourbon De Naranja but hopefully I'll have a Stagg store pick soon (yes off the secondary, the only way for me to acquire private barrel Stagg) Bottle Share: Jim Beam Black 7 Year and/or Evan Williams single barrel (My friends were curious about these but hadn't found them) The decision for the Stagg store pick was for celebrating my recent achievement for work. I've only tried batch 18 Stagg but since we rarely get Stagg in our area I knew I would have to go on the secondary to find one. I figured if I'm going to spend secondary money I might as well get something unique instead of just one of the regular batches. So I decided I would try getting a store pick Stagg. Thankfully the Chicago area stores seem to get Stagg private barrels regularly so I'm working on sourcing a recently available one from contacts made on the bourbon forums.
For me currently Night starter: Early Times, Everyday Sipper: 1792 SiB or BiB, Hipster Bottle: Clark and Sheffield, Small Circle: Disco 11, Bottle Share: OF 1920
Some say the Early Times 100 proof is the baby brother for King of KY, although the Sazerac new owner for Early Times could change it more later. I have 3 rebuys now- 100 proof Early Times, 100 proof Old Grand-Dad, and 90 proof Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey. For a bottle share, one of the Smoke Wagons out of Las Vegas, for the looks of the bottle and also because fewer have tried it where I live, Frankfort KY. In 1992 I worked in a building across from Buffalo Trace, now owned by them as a warehouse and for truck parking. J Mattingly restarted in 2010 and has a tasting building next door along this same small road.
I've been very fortunate that I travel to Atlanta quite often, and I'm usually able to pick up a bottle When i'm there, they seem to be on every shelf.
Hey bud! Early times (black or blue top) really is hard to beat. Still have yet to see the bowman single barrel or southern star in Oregon. Maybe when we visit family in Tennessee I’ll grab a southern star? We can get one Blantons a month too, but I typically give it as a gift because people seem to love the idea of Blantons. I really liked this video Charles! Keep up the good work!
Great bottles!

That Evan Williams 12 year looks awesome! Thanks for the video ✌️
Have you had it before?
@@thatbourbondude I have had it once. But I do go to Asia every year so hopefully I'll find a bottle this year.
Let me know if you can't find it and want one.
@@thatbourbondude Will do sir! Thank you for asking 🥰
I am right there with you on the Southern Star. Had one about 2 years ago and loved it. Very hard to find after I got the one.
