Legal aid system is corrupt! I had terrible experience with government legal aid organisations like faridabad Delhi and haryana legal services organisations and nalsa who all connived with haryana and delhi police department to make false reports, facilitated crimes and proof loss thus victimizing victim that is me endlessly on non official illegal orders of government and politicians.
All famous lawyers, judges, politicians, police and government higher authorities give good lectures, but when culprits are powerful most victimize victim endlessly to protect the culprits specially when doing so benefits them in some way.
If ordinary citizens do wrongs or crimes they are punished, but when whole police department, government , judiciary do wrongs/crimes, there is no punishment. They inspite of being culprits manipulate and get away by misusing their power.
In our country , most of times, powerful criminals a are not exposed but victims are victimized endlessly because of corruption in Police, government and judiciary and political influence.
For ordinary citizens getting justice is like impoosible task. Even if someday they get justice, by the time justice is delievered it becomes less worthful or completely worthless because of victims having suffered too much even to get justice. Judicial system is completely failure!

Bharatiya yay sahitha removed provision for abuse sa against men by men(which was supported on IPC)... my friend gave up on his life because of that.
