btw, most of ppl face problem with 2 CABLES that come in box so you need to change bacuase its crab and it will disconnect from PC, buy new cable and it will work for you

If you have a ps5 you need a hori mini controller to plug it without it zen will not work
What bout a Dongle tho for ps5

Plug the front and right cable into your laptop
he did it wrong you have to hold the back while you're plugging it in
