Hi Sros!!! I liked your Chicken recipe. I saw you clean the Chicken s but why do you leave the heads on them always???I never understand why Asian people do this and chop everything up in tiny pieces...Guess different Countrys have different ways of doing things. Nice family meal ,that was years ago in my young days. Scros your so brave holding your native chickens and cleaning . I am so timid l get frighten. I cook chicken but till today l cannot cut a full chicken especially with the skin. My son is fussy eats only chicken breast.sometimes chicken drumsticks. Nice spread and many dishes.

Lived on a farm in my younger days and Dad used to wring the chicken's necks and they'd hop all over the yard before dying and when put in the boiling water to pluck the feathers the smell I can still remember.
