There are other cases just like this, one almost exactly like this with the elated love sick girl, he thought she was pregnant with his child, they had a clandestine meeting, he brought a straight edge shovel I recall, beat her do death and used the straight edge of the shovel for other unthinkable acts. They, too, were teens. Then again, there's the girl in the US recently where the little blonde creep stabbed a teen girl 116 times, both horrible and unthinkable 😔 WTF?
I have no idea why but this reminded me of Kelly Ann Bates murder. Maybe the way he manipulated her and used her innocence against her. I am not sure if you've ever covered that case but I would love for you too. I am going to look into your old episodes to see if you ever did.
