You are welcome! Enjoy and take your bug spray. I have over 50 bites on my body. The sand flies are horrible! My local driver said to be in the sand when the sun is out. The sand flies are the worse at dawn and dusk.
I spent most of my time at the Sports Bar. Shout out to Claudia in there. My wife said I was spending too much time in there LMAO. Was there a month ago
Thank you! Have a great time in April when you go. Someone posted a comment about how to get the alcohol out, lol. I was curious about how it comes out. Let me know how your April trip goes!
Nice video, but they didn’t stock your refrigerator properly. I haven’t been to that RIU property, but they recently completed renovations. I think the swim up rooms are a new addition or add on renovation to those rooms after seeing older videos of the property.
Thank you! I'd love to have one of those swim up rooms. I made due with the refrigerator. They did bring some additional things for the fridge while I was there.
I want to go back to Jamaica soon. The last two times I went, I stayed at RIU Ocho Rios. Prior to that, it had been over 20 years since my first visit to Jamaica. I think it would be cool if I could split my time between RIU Negril and RIU Ocho Rios or do RIU Negril and the new RIU Aquarelle in Falmouth. Transportation would probably be steep between the two resorts. I have to see if it’s worth it. I enjoy solo travel as a female, but I do a ton of research before I go. Thanks again for sharing your journey.
Hello! I went December 27-30, 2024. The temperature was great. Highs in the 70s. Lows maybe in the 60's. I could wear shorts during the day and the night. We did have rain my last day. More people seemed to come to the resort the day before I was leaving for new years. Dinner time was packed. I think that people did excursions during the day. My driver recommended that I come back in September. He mentioned that hotels are things are usually cheaper then.
It is normally packed on those dates, stayed there many times across new years . The hotel is in a soft opening after a full refurb so prob why it’s not as busy Only re opened on 7th December and they are still finishing some areas
thank you I'm going in March and your video is so helpful

You push the glass up on the bottles to get the drink from optics in your room :)
Ohhhhh okay! They should provide a tutorial in the room, :-)
I love America and it's my dream country ❤
Awwwww! Have you been to America? If so, which part? I recommend Jamaica, too. It's beautiful and the people are great!

You was still in Negril but Negril straddles Hanover and Westmorland parishes. All of bloody bay resorts are in Negril on the Hanover side.
A guy farther down the bay told me the same thing!
Hey be safe there
Thank you! I made it back to the states safely about 1.5 hours ago.
