What I like with that particular video is that her voice is natural. It's her real voice, I mean no alteration with an amp or a preamp. It's very intense.

Sort of a guitar nerd aside (I revisit this video every so often because it's just so raw and live) but I JUST noticed that Duncan is using bog-standard D'Addario strings.
I sort of assumed he'd be using a flat-wound string for that classic rockabilly sound.
I can't even explain how much I'd love to have a convo about gear with Duncan (ideally over a few pints).
He's just the master of that vintage sound.
