For Puchka take equal amount of wheat flour and semolina. Add pinch of salt and one tbsp oil. Make a tight dought and cover it with wet cloth. Let it for an hour. Later make small size of balls flatten it with rolling pin and fry it in medium to high flame.
For masala- Take boiled potato mash them well. Add chopped onions chopped chilli and boiled black chickpea if available. Add spices like chat masala, black salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder.
For water- soak some tamarind in water to get all the flavour in water. Now Take Mint leaves and coriander leaves in 3:1 ratio. Put it in mixer. Add salt, black salt, pepper powder chilli powder, inch of ginger, green chilli, tamarind water and ice.blend it in a mixer and add water jn desired consistency.
Now take a puchka put masala put water and enjoy. You can always put spices according to your taste and i would suggest make it for atleast 5-6 times so that you can get perfect Panupuri wali

Bhai Main Kolkata ke Burrabazar ka hi hu. Ye Fuchka wala aap ko bewakoof bana raha hai. 10 ke 4 ya 5 sab jagah melte hai. Aur methe paani ka fuchka ka alag se koi rate nahi hai. Saayad aap ka camera dekh kar esne rate bada diya. Jain Medical ke paas kai fuchke wale hai unka test bahut hi saandar hai.
