chan's position is dance, so it's reasonable to give vocal/ rap parts to members who major in those areas, it's the same as you won't assign a sprinter to run a marathon

PlayM has this thing that sometimes the main vocal doesn't get the most lines on the song (like APink in "Cause You're My Star" or "LUV", others b-sides etc)
But at least Seungsik has the most iconic parts (the first line and the high note)
Seungsik already has more lines on other songs + Seungwoo is popular and they will make him shine (I wanted hear Seungsik's voice more, since his my bias wrecker, but well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
