Just done it on both of ps3 now with new 1 tb SSDs one of my ps3 slims is little older but because it was already on 4.91 I couldn’t downgrade it to CFW maybe in the future you could do a video of CFW 4.91 when it comes out thanks for the video mate it’s made me very happy to have both my consoles with brand new SSDs working

thank you so much for showing me this. i have a ps3 and did exactly what you said and now i have hen on ps3 fat. And somehow it fixed my disc drive so it can read dvd/bd movies again. It only let me play bd game discs before the homebrew

No worries at all and I’m glad you have it working! You should install CFW instead as you have the fat PS3, it supports CFW which is better than Hen and doesn’t require you to constantly enable when you shutdown
