I really would like to follow this specialization, but the course doesn't provide any more Arc GIS license. How can I complete the specialization? Any suggestion which software to use?
You can buy an annual license for personal use, or if you are a student there is another option. Alternatively, QGIS is an equivalent desktop GIS application and it is free.
Hi, professor. I found this on cousera. But I can't take this course as an auditor. Do I have to pay to watch?
You should be able to watch the videos for free, but Coursera asks you to pay if you want to complete the course assignments and get a certificate.

Professor does university of Toronto offer masters degree in GIS?
We have what we call various "fields of specialization" at the masters level, and one of them is "Spatial Analysis". You can find out more here: www.geography.utoronto.ca/graduate-geography/current/graduate-geography-handbook/about-graduate-geography-program
To take up this course, is it necessary to install the GIS software in our system? Or do we get work on cloud in order to submit the assignments.
You do need the software to complete the assignments. A one-year software license for an educational copy of ArcGIS Desktop is provided if you pay for the course (which you have to do anyway to submit the assignments).
What if we already have GIS software in our software available from our unviserty ? Still we need to pay for the software? And also for learner whom financial aid has been approved.. Did they also need to pay for the software or it will be available for free?
