Each scale has 7 notes, since he is in the scale of c# minor, the first note is c#. If you count up 5 notes in the scale then you have the 6th note of the scale

for leads u wanna use tri, pulse or sine wave presets in zenology (my personal fav is "Simple Tri Lead") and just mess around in the spaces between ur chords. definitely try out overlapping notes to get that signature pluggnb lead sound
