Hello, when upgrading to two 5520s in SSO mode, the procedure is the same when doing it to just one directly? What is the recommendation, disarm the SSO or perform it with the SSO active? In the end, will they be due reboot both WLC at the same time?

In SSO mode, we will be always accessing the Active WLC. The Active WLC can be Primarily or Secondary. We will be giving the instructions on the active WLC and active WLC is responsible to push the code to the stand-by WLC at that point of time. Once the code download and installation is completed reboot can be performed, reboot can be a scheduled one too. During reboot both Physical hardwares will be reloaded and form the SSO again.

RTOS can be available through a SR case through TAC, kindly open an SR with Cisco TAC and they will be able to publish images for you
