    Fun fact, lanzhou noodles is mainly chicken soup with a little beef bones/meat flavor. Its not beef soup... Thats why they profit a lot from this dish. That is also why they have many flavors from saurcraut to mala... To cover the fact its not rich beef soup but chicken bone soup

      @@1ewi5 do you think the chains in Singapore use more beef bones or chicken feet? You can taste it yourself. Im a hawker and Im just educating you guys what I know. The F&B industry is really small

      never fancy the lanzhou beef noodles in Singapore. The soup is very bland...
