Do you know by chance what latest firmware update for this thermostat is? I currently have 4.38 on my second floor, but I have 4.31 on my first floor and when I looked on the Carrier website I only see the 4.31 release back in Nov. 28, 2022, which makes me a bit confused. Can you please give me any suggestions with this issue? Thanks!
My update keeps failing. Trying to go from 3.4 to 4.05. Tried the SD card route and it failed as well. Carrier and HVAC servicer has been no help. Terrible customer service for such an expensive product.
How do you get the update for the sd card? The carrier I go to doesn’t have anyone doing that or the counter sales don’t know what I’m talking about 🤦🏽

Make sure you are using a 2.4 ghz router.
