This is absolutely possible for ordinary people. There is skill in what she's doing, but the center of balance is much more forgiving than people think, making this construction not nearly as difficult. That's why there is a duplicate of this exact video with an Italian woman doing the same feat with...basically the same bones. The fact that they are large makes balancing even easier.
The care and long work that takes to get to balance and the little that takes to break it. A feather. The same little and apparently insignificant does it all, the strong and the weak, our happiness and our misfortune, attitude? perception?

Me too! And I noticed a principal difference when it is collapsing. The japanese lady can be a master of it compared to the italian lady. To see what I mean watch the collapsing again from both, anyway the italian has more sofisticated movements meantime the performance because she is younger but the japanese might say that: Practise it even more 10-20 years because your collapsing is still ugly!
try staying on your knees , and then very slow get back on your feet again .....after 3-4 attempts u will understand that U MUST BE A VERY STRONG HUMAN TO MOVE LIKE THIS WOMAN......it seems easy but it is not at all.......beside that , she must decrease her moves more because she has to keep perfect balance......she must be alien.

I do this all the time when I’m boarding ceilings by myself. Up a ladder, sometimes on broken pallets, wearing full PPE, poor lighting and with the distraction of different site radios on volume 11 tuned to different stations. Never a round of applause either, just the angry 😡 Forman.
