Epic journey to an epic place . One thing for sure though , without modern technology and your smart phone , you would have never found your way out . The going in easy , the going out is hard . Such is the overwhelming nature of the blue mountains. Cheers mate , loved your story . Side note , if you didn't know that we were watching , you would have swam with your pants off yeah ? Chuckle .

Well done mate, epic looking spot after an epic walk in. Braver man than me, dunno if my old legs would cope with that.
Love the 90 Prado as well, same as mine but yours is in better nick. Top vid.

@Yipmanhands thanks a lot for the feedback, much appreciated 🙏 and yes, loving the old 90s Prado, it gets me to these beautiful spots (or close enough at least 😀).

    Nice vid!
How long did it take from the start of the trail until you reached the colo river?

It's a relatively 'short' walk of ~3hrs at a slow pace. I would recommend following the Colo river down stream if you have the time. It's worthwhile exploring. I'll do that next time I walk that trail.
