Much to agree with. I retired 4 years ago, and it was a much tougher transition than I thought it would be. Others warned me, but I doubted it. Now, I am beginning to find my tempo and path. I am comfortable, and agree with what you said - money and all of that mean little. The question is - if you made it this far, what will you do with the remainder of the time you have left. Choose wisely.

I'm 63, retired, and I've had my money in S&P 500 funds (100% stock) since I started investing. I have made a great deal of money with my FA Kathie and I see no reason to change. The S&P 500 has made an average of 9.8% returns over the past 100 years. International and Bond funds are losers in my opinion because they don't make much money. This is just my amateur opinion which may not work for everyone.

How did you manage to succeed? I want to invest more wisely because I have a lump sum that inflation is slowly depleting.
Finding FAs like Kathie Daisy Bosco who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web because this is equally important to me, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
The thoughts and ideas here are remarkable

After the age of 45 the warranty is off!
I have learned throughout my life that life
is not about how rich you are, how smart you
are, how popular you are, or how good-looking you are.
Life is about how kind, humble, and real you are to people around
you. People will remember you by this when you
pass away!

Money isn't everything.. but it's right next to oxygen..🍷😎👌
Thank you very much
Keep learning. Study, practice, and repeat. A clear mind and lean body help you stay in the game better. Don't cut corners, from sleep to mature eating habits. It's a must-go-to-the gym; walking won't cut it. So step up or step out early with remorse and body pain. Thumbs up if you get the point. Yes, the quality of the journey.
Thank you very much ❤️
I never heard of people wishing for more money on their death bed, but I have heard people wishing for more time.

You keep stressing the importance of family and friends, but in old age they have often moved far away or died before you. It is most important to learn to enjoy the benefits of solitude and socializing in small doses cos this is the reality for a lot of us past middle age. After the age of 45 most of us will get hit with a health issue in spite of living a healthy lifestyle. On the plus side past the age of 60 we will be getting pension cheques which helps to take the sting out of it lol.
Thank you very much ❤️
