After some thinking about the matter I seem to find:-
The Trigonal bipyramidal structure is very similar to the Octahedral structure except that the trigonal bipyramid has 6 faces and Octahedron has eight faces.
The trigonal bipyramid has two 3-faced pyramids pointing in opposite directions - one upwards and one downwards fused at the base to yield a 6-fced structure
An octahedron has 2 Four faced pyramids pointing in opposite directions - one upward and one downward fused at the base giving an 8-faced structure.
I seek clarification.
