I know this guy personally and walked through it with him from a distance, but seeing it like this... just wow. The sacrifice and effort. Made it look easy man! I hope to grow up to be like you someday!

❤ This guy here has been a lifesaver when I've gone through hard times. You're a man of character and quality and a great support... both on and off the rift.

So real, brother. People don’t realize the sacrifices we make to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps.

I realized there wasn't a need to filter out the grit and leave only the "glamor".

Just stumbled upon your video probably due to my Homeade House subscribed channel. Respect the hustle there especially when you have little cash but alot of work

@@Jay_Schmidt so do you have any plans for the workshop once the house is done?

Yeah! Knock it down and rebuild it!
Edit: The foundation is in really bad condition, so fixing it feels like a waste of time.

Still seeing lots of daylight on the left side of that door... That's a cheap weatherstripping fix, though.

Yeah. The door was so crooked and out of square that even the weather stripping I put along the inner jam didn't help. It made the door harder to close so I took it off. It was definantly a "it'll work for now" kind of fix.
