I love Tybee Island, the tiny island has more than 500 hotel and motel rooms located near its beach. Their rooms are affordable and well maintained, we really enjoyed our stay there. Hope we can visit again next time.
I had windows in my old house on the corner of Rose Ave and 51W. Bluff Drive in the Master Suite from the Old DeSoto Hotel. My front door was from an old ship. The Glass in that door reminded me of a beautiful Star. Miss Tybee island, Ga.
Tybee Island hotel has since been sold and NOT what it used to be.Restuarant gone and rooms and hallways are musty :( It used to be a great place and worth the price.
