Aye Sista! Definitely an admirer of your Pod and commentary. In my honest opinion, I've seen Tessa wrestle in the indies and majors. She has million dollar talent and you can book big money matches with her and any of the top level women from any promotion. She should/could have been a major face in any of the major promotions. However, despite the million dollar talent, it appears she has a 2$ attitude. So much so, that the major promotions don't want her in the locker room. Many women spoke against her in the same light or similar tone. I'm a firm believer that if multiple people are saying the same thing about you, it's time for you to do some serious self evaluation, soul searching, and real work on yourself. Although, I personally believe that spitting on someone is the ultimate sign of disrespect, I'm on the fence with it in her case because she's done it in several of her matches. I can't imagine that many women/men being cool with that unless they pre-approved it. I don't get a racial vibe from her and have seen the circle she hangs/hung with. It's never cool to use the N-word(I really don't like it when we call ourselves that). In her case, I think the black women around her should have checked her early on as I think Tess got comfortable around them enough to use the N-word and they gave her a pass. As for Madusa, I've been a fan of hers since AWA (telling my age), I get the bias and sticking up for someone you truly care about even when they're out of pocket, but I'm more offended by Madusa's take on this then I am Tessa's. I'm not down for killing someone's dreams, but if Tessa is sincere about redemption, she'll Do the Work, start over on the indies, and truly try to make amends with the people she hurt. Sorry for the long winded comment. Look forward to more content from you. Subscribed!!!

Redemption stories only work if someone does something to redeem themselves... Passively letting time march on and waiting for some type of collective amnesia to kick in, ain't it.
Also calling the fallout to doing racist shit as being "blackballed" is ironic here.

La Rosa Negra has made up with Tessa Blanchard twice. Once in private at, Big Swole's insistence, before their incident became public knowledge, and again in public after that, and it makes perfect sense to me. Yeah, she said Tessa insulted her verbally and spat on her, but she also says she beat Tessa Blanchard up for it, deliberately breaking STARDOM's no face punching rule while she was doing it. It was a private thing that became public when Allysin Kay broadcast it on twitter and Tessa Blanchard denied it, so Rosa then spent a YEAR telling anyone who asked exactly how it went down, in English and Spanish, said she had told the story enough times, and that Tessa Knew it was true. La Rosa hasn't changed her story, and at that "Ladys' Night Out" show La Rosa proved she is capable of peacefully coexisting on the same, in the same room as Tessa Blanchard despite it. That sends the message that it's not about hating Tessa Blanchard, it's not about trying to hinder Tessa's career, it's about respect. She's sent the message that she's earned Tessa Blanchard's respect, that La Rosa Negra will be civil so long as she shown respect, even if you disrespected her in the past, even if she felt the need to punch your nose before.
Hasn't really helped either woman get many bookings, but it's good message to send to places they might want to work for. La Rosa has basically made the case that she had a good reason to get herself fired from STARDOM, something she had been trying to keep on the down low before the twitter storm let everyone know about it, and further made the case that it won't be a recurring practice. Tessa meanwhile shows she has the acceptance of the wrestler who people feel she was the nastiest to. There still seven to seventeen others in that twitter storm and a few others over the years that have said things about Tessa Blanchard, but nothing got her quite as much criticism as the allegations regarding La Rosa Negra, to which at least one witness publicly took La Rosa's side on, and another claims Tessa confessed to her about.

So plenty of thoughts. One Patrick Clark does deserve a 2nd chance. If he had no allegations or drug issues bro might be a top guy.
I'm not a fan of "canceling" but I've never been a big fan of Tessa. She was always overrrated IMO. The rep is she's toxic af and she's not a draw. Its not canceling if there is no benefit to bringing you in. No one wants to work with her and no one wants to see her except a few goofy marks.
