She is diverting the question. Question is why are you collecting Personal income tax and GST both? Anyways GST gives you lot of money and still you don’t want to reduce it and at the same time you are collecting Personal income tax of 30% max? So for me, I pay anywhere from minimum of 35% to 53%(personal income tax 30%+5% to 18% GST). Also, any Mutual fund or stock market profit above 1 Lakh we pay long term capital gains Tax of 10% which is separate and even senior citizens have to pay that as well.

A lot of people don't know that the maximum retail price is inclusive of excise duty and state government sales tax.
Can you pls throw some wisdom on this. Bcos when I buy a product from a super market they sometimes give me a 50% discount on MRP. If so then who gave them the power to reduce governments implementation of excise and state tax on that product. My understanding of MRP so far is the price a manufacturer can fix on a product so that a middle man or the retailer cannot sell it for more gains causing a burden to a common man. I was in UK and there is no MRP so a corner shop can sell a product with their own price tag on it. Same product is highly priced in a petrol station outlet. Hence asking

Paying income tax is there since the British Raj. What benefits accrued? Perhaps if an I T payer was jailed he may get First Class in Jail. In the earlier times in 1930s those who paid tax, those who held wealth alone were given power to vote. That is all. But beware, if I.N.D.I. Alliance comes to power,.Rahul will snatch away your wealth and income and distribute. ( Rob Peter to pay Paul). So be happy that this government stops with income tax. Those whose income is less than 25000/- Per month need not pay any income tax. Think of that as well.

GST on automobile industry 28% to MSME is a big tax burden. Because subcontractors of corporate company receiving payment after 45 days to 90 days. They are enjoying our credit 28%.. we need relief from 28% for MSME units which are engaged in automobile sector. From monthly salary we are getting after the tax was deducted. After each purchase clothes, food, electricity, water, house, road, car, phone, education, medical etc we pay tax(gst) for everything. After hardworking what will remain for savings. At least free us from GST

Why do we have to pay 18% on medical insurance ? When premium increases every year and so gst is.. going fwd we wouldn’t be able to afford medical insurance. I paid parental insurance of 80k this year in this 12k goes for gst.
