some countries dont ask for work permit if you are a scholarship student because they wont allow you to work as you have received a scholarship. if you go on your own you will require work permit or student visa

But you have to describe and display your passion and interest on the subjects you have taken and you can join some few small programs too and some little projects, commerce olympiad ( which is optional but can boost your cv).
you can apply for Rohde scholarship for oxford or maybe a direct application. oxford rejects most applications so you need to be very firm with your application
