brother, you will need to do your 12th complete. there are only chances to go abroad after 10th on scholarships otherwise it's gonna be more complicated and difficult process. you can prepare for IELTS and give exams during 12th class and apply straightway after you get the 12th class results. that's the fastest process to go abroad for an average student.
