I really wish everyone would stop quoting cubic feet for cargo dimensions. It's really not very useful information to the average consumer. How about just getting out a tape measure?
The GLB is the most interesting product Mercedes has put out recently. I like the shape of it, however I don't think it resembles a G Wagon whatsoever.
The GLB is the only Mercedes I like in this segment. Would prefer a hybrid powertrain though. I really like the shape, however I don't think it resembles the G Wagon at all.
Had a GLB as my loaner while my GLC was in for service. It was an interesting ride in that it felt more open in the exterior compared to my GLC. However, the overall feel was way cheaper than my GLC. Definitely a entry level vehicle, will be interested in seeing a video on the AMG GLB 45s whenever it comes out !
Car dealerships might offer a base tint. It's not MB's HQ that decides, but the dealerships per say. The limit for the front windows where I'm from is 70% and you can go down to 5% limo tint in the rear.
@@KC_Smooth Yes I am sure about that. Each dealership can enhance their fleet by adding a legal tint (70 for the fronts, anything else for the rear) because a tinted car will always look better. Some dealers don't waste money or efforts and let the cars sell themselves. The 2 mercedes i have came with no tints and I asked that very question to my dealer. Another nearby MB Dealership sells their cars with tints only I found out they send them to a local detailer exclusive to MB to get that job done.
@@KC_Smooth actually you are right. I work at Mercedes and drive a GLC300 2020 and the rear is tinted by manufacturer. Not the dealer. Then you can decided if you want them darker and add some in the front. If you go darker than the legalization (depending where you live) you will most likely have to sign a waiver.
Privacy glass or rear tinted/factory stained glass windows are not required on the GLB 35 because of the ground clearance which is 4.8in. To compare with the GLB 250's ground clearance at 7.9in.

How is the noise in GLB?
Feels a bit noisy. No double glass etc.
I wonder when they will add this new screen to the GLC feels weird that the entry level suv has it but not the nicer model 🤔

Anyone know why MB won't tint the rear windows on these? The base cars have tinted windows. Disappointed this is not made in Germany.

I don't see any G-wagon in this car at all. But most definitely a baby GLS.

It's only 50/50 when in off-road mode. Otherwise it's 80/20 and 70/30.
No fixed rates - in all other than offroad mode its a fully flexible AWD even to 100/0
