I do enjoy a nice campaign of Total War, it's interesting to c where my 1 of my ancestors came from. Eastern Prussia, down Konigsberg way, forget the Duchy but it was down river and he was a Cooper/Armorer. Left in 1860 for America
East prussia has a long history of migration. The land is basically just forest and swamps so it was a hard environment to live in. Alot if the population during the 1800 lived in the city's and the countryside was mostly populated by poles, lithuians, russians and Jews. If you whant to know more about why people did leave that part for the US to get their own land to farm or west prussia (Germany) to work in factorys. You can read up on Ostflucht if you whant to know more.
To make east prussia less hostile, upgrade administration buildings. It makes your regions more money and make people happy. Also if you whant to trick the ai to make them less likely to attack your city's then build forts in your city. The enemy will also take longer time to take a city so you can send reinforcement. Last thing, upgrade Berlin and its region (brandenburg) as much as you can, you will make money on it in the long run 😊 Very good episode and after many times in your Britain campaign i asked you to fire your ministers you finally did it, it made my happy ❤
to get rid of 3 star ministers drag them into a slot(role-ie justice)and keep draging them in 1 after the other (if you have a good one leave till last) then over next few turns you'll get more candidates
Good episode Taff ., try for peace with Hesse as that may sway the Austrians to come back on board. Don’t worry too much about Russia .. I have played this several times and their forces go south into Italy and spat with the Turks :)
Aftr you deal with Hesse, either by invadng adn defeating them, or by somehow making peace, you may end up having to fight Austria anyway...youre only hope may be defeating them (Austria) and unifiying germay earlier than history. NONE of this is going to be easy...and you havent even gotten the French truly annoyed with you yet!
the ship craic do you launched lol why do you always target inf with your cannons stop it kill the cannon if they got em 1st then cav (if cav advancing target them 1st) then if inf closing halt the guns switch to grape then hit fire at will

So, to translate, target the Artillery first, then Cavalry, then Infantry, unless the Cavalry are charging, then attack them first. I agree with this.
