I bought the Awei A780BL and the battery lasted way longer than what I was expecting to. It's just sad that A799bl wouldn't be able to play on Aux cable though. But like what you said, this headphone is so comfortable and would latches around your ears. Buying an Aux cable with a long stem microphone because the recording really does sucks. Thank you for helping me for my headphones, Had to take care of these pads lmao
PS. Gaming on Mobile while on VC ( Messenger or Discord ) on bluetooth ( SBC codec ) is such a bad combination. The game sounds halves so you could hear the voice call more fluently ( Competitive games that needs ingame audio attention would suck gaming on this ). Still I don't know if it's because of my UI/ROM interference.
actually do not try with an aux cable it can damage the jack and then the microphone stops working correctly lol. . this I will discuss in a video soon.
Can you show how to remove the padding in780bl properly? I bought One today but there's a clickinh noise in the left. Something is loose or what, but it doesn't affect the sound. However I got annoyed for the clicking sound if I'm moving my head
Sometimes cheap headsets have lose parts. 8 no longer have these headsets available to tear apart for you though, I would not recommend doing so. If u just got them today maybe try to swap them out as defective.
@@clrns_vVv ANC is a bit iffy under the 5k mark but you shoudl try these -TaoTronics TT-BH085 - they have BT 5.0 and an over all solid build. Though if you get it and the sound quality doesn't live up to par how you think return it right away. as I would recommend with any headset.
mine just broke yesterday same on that plastic hinge. I really like my a780bl because of the earmuffs and the Bluetooth 5.0 really match my Galaxy S8. Now i have no wireless headphone Im very frustrated. It only last me about a year and that stupid hinge gave up but the headset is still working. Now im eying on the Bluedio TM Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 headphone. Please gave it a review if its good replacement for Awei a780bl.
Hmm have not seen these before.. I did do a review on a more expensive Bluedio headset and was going to stay away from them due to how bad those were ( that review is out in a couple days. ) - but I will go ahead and put these on my list to review bud. it might be a month before I get to them though.. we currently have a ton of videos still in queue waiting to be released.
@@HonestReviewsPH by the way this is the Bluedio I'm eying for.. It's says it's bluetooth 5.0 and I hope it can pass through as a digital audio of it's Type C. There's no 3.5mm jack on this model. That's why im hoping that they have similar feature like the Nia headphones that if you plug it in while it's turned Windows/Android/Mac detect it as an external Sound card also a memcard reader. Also this has a lot of good feedback on its official store in lazada ph, and I see no hinges on it. So I'm hoping this is a better choice over the Awei A780bl. Looking forward to your review mate! After saw the last review I bought the A799' and it was the worse headphones sound I ever had. A799' may go with gaming but definitely Not for music. I had to get rid of it..
for music i still feel the 780 is the better sound of the 2.. 799 is good for the price at what it does.. but when trying to just relax and listen.. if i listen to something bassy.. it hurts my ears a bit? I have switched to some other headphones for music for now.. Have another video coming out about the 799 soon about the issue with music and the mic jack that I ran into.. first impression reviews Sometimes don't paint an entire picture.. so Yea bud sorry for the issues with those.
There are lots of options out there.. for music you really want to go with a more "headphones' and not a gaming headset - I have been using Samson semiclosed back headphones ( wired ) and they sound great.. though a bit light on the bass for my taste.
Those are a bit higher in price. Have you seen them in the Phillippines ? just glanced on Lazada and see no listing for them. I tried out JBL's Quantom 600 earlier today.. those are super comfortable ( but only had them on for like 5 minutes ) and the sound is pretty good. they just seem a bit over priced.. to much plastic in the build for that price. Have you seen the 1more brand? those have some really good sound. I need to get a pair or 2 in fro a review.
On the A799 bl. Is the headband full metal.? Or plastic but has a little matel plate on them? How is the sound in gaming and music listening. Please reply
I did a review on these bud, you might want to check that out. - but as far as these headsets go. I think the low end ( bass ) part has been mudded out to much they tried to make it to bassy in my opinion and it starts to really cause your ears to be tired a lot faster then some other headsets. I noticed this a bit at first but it didn't hit me until a week or so using them. so this might be something to consider when buying them. the head band has 2 metal bands that run through it.. but I the rest is plastic. its more sturdy then the 780's but I still feel this might only last you at most around a year.
I think this really depends on the person. I personally get discomfort while using these. I do not like the base in them. and the ear pads are not comfortable for me. THOUGH I did allow one of our other reviewers to wear these for the last 2 months and they are pleased with them. but they are a small tiny person. I am a big person that might have something to do with it.
The 780bls lasted about 8 months the 799s seen to be built a bit better so imagine they will last longer. Yet lots of people have reported issues with things on the 799s lights mic etc.
@@HonestReviewsPH Thanks! Already got the 780BL and my ears are touching all edges of the foam; so the 799 won't be any better. Saved me a thousand pesos bud! The wife loves the 780's so it's hers now.
if you need something really wide that cups completely over your ear, I have a review coming out soon on a wired headset ( might not be for you since it is wired ) but their cup is really wide.. and with replacement pads they are the most comfortable headset I have tested so far. the headset is like 1300p and replacement pads can be 500-1000P. I think that releases in a couple days bud.. also OneOdio has some decent ear cups but that will be a bit higher for their bluetooth version.
After long use I am going to have to say the 780's are all around better. But the issue with cheaper brands like this is they have less quality control. So each pair might not be the same....

It's alright though, My phone ROM interference really just makes the Gaming + Call combination a hell of a nightmare when solely using bluetooth
When I tried that it was like it had a infection
Cool stuff sir, I choose 780bl a bit pricy but might better sound quality

Does either have a mute button?
How about the a950bl? U should check on that one since it's the bigger brother of the a780bl

Awei 780bl or 799
