I agree with the comment on background music - this was slightly annoying - but your instructions are very clear. Thank you for making these videos for yoga practice at home ❤😊

    I just finished with the Strching.. Just loved it ❤.. But one suggestion pls don't use background music its annoying me in the morning.. Without music it ll be 100/100😊 thank you

    Thank you madam for the day 1 video.I am 67 yrs old man having pain in my left thigh. Can I do these stretches

      I'm also 66. You can do as much as your body allows. If you feel any discomfort or your thigh hurts you reduce the number of counts and eventually increase. Nothing will happen. 😊🤗👍
