Thanksfor saving me the trouble of Investigating these filters on my own behalf.
Very unlikely that i would use them but if i ever do i know where to go.
For my mind the the one click change in backdrops was way more interesting.
Thanks for your input in airing this.

Thanks, Anthony for your thorough review. I'm with the consensus; nice to know it's there, would probably never use it.

    Hi Tony,
I love it when you say you don't like something and still show us how to use it. In time, I loved Distorcion

Thank you for the tutorial, Anthony. I see some potential for this feature, especially in a special effects view, although I'm not a fan of most of the filters as shown. I think Adobe needs to work on these. But I do appreciate your mapping out the process. I found it a bit confusing at first.

Not for me, either. Most photo software these days offer a similar way of getting similar effects. But I always appreciate Anthony showing us what's in the pipeline. The one app Anthony has showed us where filters have been useful to me in some cases is ON1 Photo Raw with the Dynamic Contrast and Glow filters, among others, especially coupled with the ability to adjust via slider the strength of the effect. I was all over beta PS with the AI Generative features Anthony demo'ed, but I'm sticking to mainstream release and awaiting developments this time.

I knew there was a reason I uninstalled the beta version.

What a terrible filter! UI is different from PS standards (no scrubby sliding, no response to cursor keys etc.). Max resolution is 4096x4096px! If the original image has higher resolution, it gets upsampled! If you want to ruin image quality, fine...., but why would anyone use a filter like "color"? There are better tools in PS and they don´t have a resolution limit. And you should not hope for better speed. It uses the same tech as "materials" in PS. Same speed, same res. limit!
