I looked up who Mavka is, and as per Wikipedia: "Mavka (Ukrainian: Мавка) also Nyavka (Ukrainian: Нявка) is a type of female spirit in Ukrainian folklore and mythology. The Mavka is a long-haired figure, sometimes naked, typically depicted as temptress figures who lure men to their deaths."

I absolutely love this song, so I'm glad you liked it. It's beautiful and catchy and I just love it! But, fyi, the song tells the story of a man who went out seeking MaBka, a witch, to break the enchantment she had on him, but at the sound of her voice, he fails and falls in love with her, which brings about his destruction.
I really enjoyed that, I am becoming a fan of the ukrainian culture. I am helping a younger ukrainian with english fluency, and trying to learn the language.. badly i might add 😂. ❤and ✌️
