Praise the Lord! Your mom is getting better. That’s how I felt when I got the results of my nuclear medicine PET scan: my tumor had shrunk, many tiny tumors were gone, and the other tumor was getting smaller. In three months, I am getting better. My oncologist told me there is no cure and she can't do anything more; that I have terminal cancer and this medicine might help me for a few more years. Since I changed my diet and started exercising more, I am getting better.
My wife had stage-4 same cancer as well. We did keto + green smoothies + vitamin-c-IV + extreme nutrition (100+ vitamins a day) + sauna/cold plunge + barefoot on dirt in the sun. 8 years later, she is still with us and healthy.
You are all so blessed.

In 2005 my 26 year old cousin Claire died within a year of being diagnosed with Glioblastoma.

It's called human kindness, compassion. The medical community is saddly missing that.
Lilly I understand what George is saying on a personal level because I’m going through having a small thyroid cancer and I chose alternative treatment for myself. The only option I was given was surgery. The reason is because removing the whole or half the thyroid has a 98% cure rate so no study money will be invested into better treatment for patients. I told them they might have cured me of cancer but they’ll also be giving me a life sentence of living on medication. The thyroid is a very important organ! If anyone is in similar situation I pursued radio frequency ablation. It was a 15 minute procedure to burn the nodule under ultrasound guidance. It’s commonly done in Italy or Korea. So far it looks like he killed the cancer and saved my thyroid at the same time. Praise the Lord!

I was told the ablation was not an option for my thyroid cancer. I ended up having a total thyroidectomy. I wish I had pursued other options more aggressively. It was a scary, stressful and overwhelming time. I do not like having to take the medication for the rest of my life, but it has been several years, and I have not really had any issues with the medication or any other side effects of having no thyroid. I know some people don't fare as well as I have. I'm glad the ablation worked for you.
Oh wow, glad you’re doing well! My grandmother had a total thyroidectomy and had trouble with the meds so I had that in mind because I’m only 30. I was told the same thing by my endocrinologist..

I just wanted you to know. Miracles happen all the time. My son was born 1985 with Neroblastoma, and we went through surgery, chemo, and radiation. He was given 5% chance and would never have children. He is 39 yrs old with a child. Never give up hope. My prayers are with you all. 🙏

Eating a very low sugar and carbs diet is also a good preventative to cancer and other diseases. It's the reason for the explosion of sickness among standard Western diet eaters. This wasn't going on before the 1980's or a little before. Very rare. So much impacts this. Seed oils are horrendous on health, processed foods, etc.
Your mum may not have had the best marriage with first hubby ....but george has made up for that 1000x and + some. We love him.
Hi Lily I just shared this with a coworker who at 28 was diagnosed with the same diagnosis after taking her 3rd covid vaccine ( mandated by her employer) your stepdad was amazing at sharing his concerns about the medical profession and I agree ( working in that field) medicine isn't what it used to be since 2021. It must have been incredibly hard to leave your mama but I know you needed to. I will keep her in my prayers for we know what our Lord is capable of. Much love ❤

I am not American, but it is the same situation over here (Scandinavia). Right now, at this moment, the nurses are striking to get a 15 minutes shorter work day...(15 minutes...) and the government is saying no... claiming it could put patients at risk..I will quote a reply on that from on of the nurses, she said: "yes, it does put patients at risk, but if anything, having drained, tired, worn out staff treating patient, does too"....
I agree whenever I get a breast cancer screening mammogram no one ever calls me. I just get a letter that says. “No cancer” I mean, they can’t even word it any nicer than that. Disgrace

Glad to hear Gigi is getting better. George is right about digital technology, and telling patients just by email, but just to explain the cancer is disappointing. While George is talking Luke should realise that it's not the time to play around, he can play of course he is just a child but there are times when quiet behaviour is better, hope you don't mind me saying, maybe am of a different generation. 😊😊

Unfortunately the health care system here in America is severely broken. It has fallen prey to corporate greed, When money becomes more important than lives! There are so many that cannot even afford the basic necessities needed when faced with a loved ones illness. No one should be told, no matter what the disease, coldly with no heart through message or email. What happened to the hippocratic oath that states simply, treat all with compassion and harm none?

I'm glad to hear that your mom is doing better. You have inspired me to check out the keto diet more. Simply because I've tried everything to lose weight only to put it all back on. I do have a thyroid problem. Thank you for all the up-to-date on your mom and family. Since covid I find the doctor's really cold and we almost have to search everything for ourselves if we want to get better.
I agree with George. It’s similar to what my sister and many with serious health problems go through. They get a PET scan every three months, for example, and the results are uploaded to the patient portal usually the same day or the next. The patient is already filled with anxiety. Now they have to decide whether to look at the results knowing most people cannot accurately read scan results, or wait until their doctor either calls or they see them at the next appointment. Some things should be discussed only between the doctor and the patient and the patient’s family.
I was thinking about you and your mom/family. when you're on my mind you usually post a video. I'm so happy your mom is doing well and that you're going home for awhile. Keeping you/family in prayer.

My father was dx/ with glioblastoma with 4/5 months to live. He was taking a particular (can't mention) medicine and fell several days after his dx and bled to death due to having no reversal agent for that med.
