I just got one of these they are great. At the moment I use it for my water bottle but will convert it to a cooking kit also. I just need to get hold of a jetboil they seem to be cheap from the UK. I cannot wait.
Odaon....I agree with you and I had some of my products for over a year and some get used everyday and still look great. They do cost a little more but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.
@AndrewKnight68...You'll really like the jetboil also its a great fit for the bottle holder. Use mine all the time couldn't do without it now...Take care
TacTies will work but the best I found are the malice clips... which hold it much tighter and add more rigidity to anything you attach...Thanks for watching and the comments..
Great review @ jimgam730 it will hold a Klean canteen 40 oz bottle with the glacier nesting cup with more room to spare than his cook kit setup. That's what I use in mine! I hope this helps

@Varghjarta It has both MOLLE but also a really great loop you can thread a wide belt or strap through. Makes for excellent quick on/off. Check out Max's site.
This is going to sound weird, but I like watching your pack-out as much as watching your review of the gear. You have interesting pack-out ideas that I have stolen. :o) I like the 12x5 better than the 10x4 because the diameter tolerances on the 10x4 are too tight. Unfortunately the 10x4 is a better size for a MOLLE attachment. I like attaching a dump pouch to my 12x5 and a sheath pouch. Makes for a great kit (especially if you take wine to the park :O) )

I bought my first one based what I viewed on youtube and it was enough to sell me on the functionality and the quality . I have two Maxpedition packs that I have not made Vid's on just because I don't like the packs not because of any quality issues.

I tend to distrust everything else that person says as well. CJ has been doing many many reviews and you can tell he doesn't get paid. There are lots of "amateur" reviews on YT for gear. They tend not to do give-aways or promotional stuff. They are reviewing for the common person. CJ is one of the most intelligent reviewers on YT for Max.
