Stabbing them through the head kills them instantly, and putting them face first into salted water at a rolling boil kills them within a second or so.
Canadian Lobsters take longer to cook than Maine ones. I have no idea why but they do.

That looks like the worst way to cook clean and prepare lobster. They came out with about a 1/4 lb of meat from a 3.5 lb lobster. Wtf
