When it comes to animating, the way I don't lose motivation for it easily is by not setting schedules for it. Me and my friend animate together and the way we work is simply just doing it when we want to. Whether we wanna work on it next week, month, or year if we want to we literally take our time with out work. I am hoping that this will help you a little to maybe get back into it because what I'm seeing here is really creative and I would love to see more no matter the time limit.

Those lines are called hit arcs, iys basicly a guide, for example i just animated a thing punching the hait , i put lines or dot where the punches land, then i animated the person whos getting hit, its tell me how exactly where i need to put them so they get hit , and get hit again seing howych knockback i need to animate so the combo continues
