How do you protect your hair from damage? I know that gymnasts in rhythmic gymnastics have to wear their hair up not only for competitions but also for training as well. What kind of hair treatments do you use to keep your hair healthy? Do you style your hair with hairstyles that protect it from damage?

You won’t be able to do anything with that😅 It will still be damaged no matter what. But don’t worry as soon as you stop doing gym it grows back apperently😂

Caster oil helps promote hair growth. I've heard that rosemary water does as well.
