Everyone stands in a circle holding hands (hence "here's a hand my trusty friend") and sings the song together. It's a lovely experience, and I'm a bit surprised you haven't come across it. This is a fabulous version, with Austin and Chance's ability to touch the heart and Rob's uniquely kind voice coming to the fore.

This is the traditional (Originality in Scottish, but partly translated into English) song. It’s basically about remembering the good old days and people you’ve known and lost and drinking in remembrance of them. Remembering the old, while looking forward to the new.
I love that all five of them sang in this song…Adam Rupp didn’t have a solo. Too bad he also has a great voice…Harmonies don’t get any better than this!! Can’t wait to see the signs they’ll produce in 2024! Happy new year
