PotPlayer just gives me better sound and picture after installing its needed codecs and LAV Filters.
I wish it was better supported on android and Linux.

Installed KMPlayer because I hated the "Ugly Cone" file association with VLC. The KMplayer association is a crappy loud purple but is less repulsive than the orange traffic cone. KMPlayer, however, changed the filetype description in file explorer from the simple "MP4" to display an excessively long "KMP - "MP4 Audio/Video File". I can't find any way to change this without disassociating the filetype, or going into the registry to change it. I don't want to do that, and I understand that any registry change would be changed back with updates to the app. This sucks - why do app developers think they have to completely take over my PC without user options?

I use vlc mostly and sometimes km player in my pc because km player has that pin (always on top) feature.😊 Vlc developers please add that feature 😢
