    Quicker way as in the F6A factory service manual. Set #1 to TDC as per rotor arm position. Adjust #1 & #2 Inlet, #1 & #3 Exhaust. Rotate crank 1 turn. Adjust #3 Inlet, #2 Exhaust. If you remove spark plugs, engine will crank easier and you can feel which piston(s) are at TDC.

    As specified in the F6A Factory Service Manual, for a cold 12 valve engine, Inlet valve lash is set to 0.08mm and the Exhaust valve lash is set to 0.10mm. Where did you guess the 3mm and 4mm settings?

    Para sa Suzuki Scrum na Pickup type ang T or 1 or piston # 1 ay nasa baba na position ng distributor rotor.
    Para sa Suzuki Scrum na Van type naman na rear engine ang T or 1 or piston # 1 ay nasa taas na position ng distributor rotor.

    Boss japz, ask ko lng po... Kung halimbawang nka top dead center ka nga pero ang rotor nmn eh hindi nkatapat sa #1 may epekto ba sa performance ng engine? At saka po ung nka top dead center na tpos ung rotor ehhindi nkatapat sa #1 then ikutin uli pra ung rotor tumapat sa #1 at pag ok na sa rotor at ung timing mark eh hindi tapat, pag inikot ba uli ung flywheel eh hindi nababago ung sa rotor? Hindi ko nkita sa video pero thumbs up ako excellent explanation of new ideas.

Dlawa kc ang top dead n timimg s multicab may top dead ang rotor nakatapat s 1st cylinder at ang rotor nkturo din s #1 s may distrobutor cap then nka T mark ung nasa plyweel.. Ung ung isang timing n malimit gingawa pero may isang pang timing s s multicab n mg tataka kc sabi mu nga nka top dead center pero nd tapat s #1 ang rotor. Pg ganun n hindi nktapat s #1 ang rotor. Un ung sasabi q n pangalawang topdead center... Pero nd to nangangahulugan n wla k s tamang timing ganun lng tlg ang laro ng timing ng cab.. Tips bos wag mu n gayahin ung pangalawang timing kc nkakalito un lalo n s d p kabisado ang makina. Dun n.       Mg babago un boss kc gagalawin mu ang plyweel. Pg ganun ang sestema n hindin ngtatapat ang rotor at ang plyweel. Walang s timing un boss.. Pero boss pg k ganun sestuasion mangyayari lng un kpag mgpalit k ng timing belt o ng top overhaul k. Maari kang ngkamali s pgtataliming nun..
