I completely agree with your statement of Averill. I started to notice him in one of the preliminaries with his solo block and he has been performing well! His energy and his funny personality are also very likable. His appearance in Shoji’s video “introducing Team USA men’s volleyball” was so funny
@@davinyu3569 Well... A strong bench and heart for volleyball is still important it looks. ;) But, all the good luck to the USA in the bronze medal match! :) Poland might still play near disastrous in the final though :D, especially with the number of injuries we have, but then...it's in our history to fight till the very end, even when chances are slim, so all is possible. :D
I think Ishikawa is displaying upper limit issues, unless there’s an injury I don’t know about. He has been kind of subpar this entire tournament. And as great as Nishida and the middles have been, Japan’s chances are toast if Ishikawa does not step up.

If USA survives their QF match then i will seriously consider them as a podium finisher. Poland, France, Italy and Slovenia are pretty strong.
Poland is looking near disastrous at times. Haven’t watched a Slovenia match, but I still think the US can take them like they have always done

❤GOD bless USA
Nishida showboating? Soft take.
