    The money the US spent to build 1 Ford-class Aircrafts Carrier can build 10 of this city. The US now has 2 Ford Class Carriers and planning to build 8 more.       China isn't actually "ahead" of the US in technology yet, but in terms of IMPLEMENTATION - the ability to roll out technology, see projects through from start to completion, then China is currently beating the US by a very long shot. It's hard to get anything done in Western countries with sheer amount of red tape, public consultations, conflict of interest, and too much dispersal of power that no one can do anything.

    Is it just me or does the shape kinda look to square and it just points out into the bay of the city making it look out of place. Its still nice but maybe a more curvy design but then again I can see where making it that shape would be easier to construct because it’s a simple lay out

    corporate city is nothing new, Samsung has a few of them in Korea already. an entire city designed a operate for the Samsung employees who live and work there. but they don't look this impressive.

In capitalism, they believe in Money and better pricing, capitalists pay less by tricking people but they do pay the people. Capitalists dont leave people high and dry. Have you no knowledge of how china destroyed old styled homes of people and religious buildings to make skyscrapers? They didn't pay them shit.
