Incredibly fascinating interviews!!! I learned so much about Cecily Neville and whenever I see Nathen Amin’s name, I know that it will be a great chat about Henry VII. 🌹

    Loved this episode!
However, I'd like to know more about how Cecily "made the marriages". Surely Edward IV made the marriages of his sister to Burgundy. I'm sure Cecily used her motherly influence but in reality she wouldn't have had any real power.
    Please put this question forward!

I question this as well. Edward IV and the Woodvilles wanted the Burgundy marriage. Warwick (the leader of the Neville afinity) was in France at the time of the wedding, unaware that the match with Burgundy had been made. Cecily was far more loyal to her Neville clan than to Edward, whose decisions she often disliked.

Nathen is great, so knowledgeable. Loved Annie’s ficus in Richard of York’s whereabouts as it is often disputed that there is no evidence at all that he was around his wife in this period. Would you know the sources for these dates? Very valuable argument

Nathen's salivary lisp must be a real benefit when he's speaking Welsh.
The reason Wales has so few wildfires is because the entire principality is liberally sprayed with spittle on an hourly basis.

How much physical similarity was there between Edward IV and his father Richard of York.? I seem to recall hearing that Edward was very much taller than both his father and his two brothers.

So thomas bolyn named his daughter anne after his sister?. So original.
