I have personally faced issues in returns on couple of instances and also received a defective product once. I might have been lucky so far, but don't want to stretch my luck too thin.

@@nikhilsharma4733 I have personal experience on this regarding Keyboard issue in my acer nitro laptop. When I contacted the customer support they were not able to get the spare part even in 1 month. Using a USB external key board for the laptop. Pathetic after sales service.

First check the warranty how much left and serial no. Of laptop should be on the bill. But I always prefer to purchase laptops from the company's official store. There u get all the offers like back to school and ADP.

No, this is fake information. I bought Hp pavilion ×360 in 2018 from Hp official store. After 9months, Mother board got damage, they replaced motherboard. Appointment lene ke 2 din baad engineer aa ke dekh gaya, baad mei raur 3 din baad aake replace kara😂. Rahi baat bag milne ki woh bhi Rs 1240 ghatiya bag pakda diya, woh bhi fat gaya laptop ke weight se 1saal baad😂
