how about footnote, some said to put, in my recent APA where I didn't put them.
APA does not recommend the use of footnotes. There are only two rare cases in which they are used: www.bibliography.com/apa/using-footnotes-in-apa/

Do you space once or twice after a sentence?
When using a computer word processor, one space is recommended. But some professors want two. The professor is always right.

I don't think you would use a title page. This is something you need to get instructions about from your teacher.

I think you're using an old version of Word because Word in Microsoft 365 is very different
